Spring/Summer 2005 Dress by Chloe My favorite out of all collection. The English designer, Phoebe Philo, was awarded “Designer of the Year” in 2005 by British Fashion Awards for her designs for Chloe. She then donated the dress for V&A. The dress is made out of silk chiffon, trimmed with silk grosgrain. Bravo!
